Shriekers are a class of Hive, possessing a metallic body containing an energy core inside. It lies dormant until provoked, where it will split into multiple pieces that float around a core. To attack, it will shoot many simultaneous projectiles at the player until killed. Currently, in the beta we are unable to kill the shrieker in Old Russia, however a shrieker could be found and killed on the moon.[1]
