Phased Psion were special, Elite-tier Psions that were enhanced with Radiant Batteries stolen from the Black Armory, distinguished by azure/cyan glow affect. They were deployed by the Red Legion their raids on the Armory's Volundr Forge.

Gameplay

Phased Psions are encountered at the Volundr Forge during Forge Ignition activities there. Eliminating these enemies is of high importance, as they will drop a Radiant Battery upon death. Said batteries are needed to ignite the forge, and a total of twenty must be thrown to fully charge it up and progress to the next round.
