Mia van der Venne was the Systems and Facilities Administrator of the New Pacific Arcology. She oversaw the evacuation of the Arcology during the Collapse, coming into conflict with the Warmind Rasputin as it sought to contain Dr.Shanice Pell's data on the Darkness.
