Gatekeeper Minotaurs are Vex Minotaurs seen in the Cliffhanger Adventure, where they help Tekton, Constructive Mind with it's plan on building more Vex structures to help with the Collective's plan on converting the moon of Io. They are seen defending the lower Conflux after The Guardian attempts to place a virus into the data-stream under the orders of Asher Mir.
An Ultra version of the Gatekeeper Minotaur appears in the mission Final Wish, that must be killed to drop the shields on the tether boxes
