Tarthis, the Jagged-Blade is a Marrow-empowered Fallen champion of the House of Shadows and lieutenant of Xavyskaa. Once a well respected, yet doubtlessly flawed Captain from the House of Winter, following a pyrrhic victory against a Vex onslaught and disobeying orders for retreat, he would be cast out by his former friends and would eventually join the ranks of the House of Exile, which would then lead him to the House of Dusk. During the events of Paradox, he would eventually find agency with the last member of the Criminal rebellion, Xavyskaa, and would remain a loyal and trusted enforcer within her ranks, making him one of the first few recipients of the powers of Marrow.
