Eilkis, Bane of Barons is a Fallen Baron who serves the Jackal Syndicate as a full time assassin. As according to name, he has assassinated many Barons who either was his target or who crossed paths with him. As a means of vengeance and removing a key asset from the Jackals, Magnusk ordered a bounty on his head.
