Bracus Jar'uarn is a Cabal Centurion encountered in the Quest Up to the Stars. He is needed to be killed in order to bring out a Goliath, piloted by Bracus Ph'inn

Despite belonging to the Star Blazers, Bracus Jar'uarn is shown, to have Blind Legion armor, and Killcam. This is probably because the Star Blazers are a subdivision of the Blind Legion, and he might be a Blind Legion, serving as a commanding officer to the Star Blazers.
