Core Bearers are a variant of Imperial Legionary that roams the Derelict Leviathan.[1]
Gameplay[edit]
Core Bearers will occasionally exit a door while in the Royal Pools or Pleasure Gardens. They will then begin roaming the area, engaging any Guardians they encounter with their Cabal Bronto Cannon and blade. They can deal and take a lot of damage, as they have Contest Mode enabled, making them always a higher level than the player. They will never leave the area, and will continue roaming or fighting until they are slain. Killing a Core Bearer yields a Core of Dread, which can then be deposited in a specific point in the area to materialize a Scythe relic.
