Ba'aruk, Dissident is a Cabal Incendior Major who defected from the empire to join Qabix, Insurgent and her rebel faction, following Emperor Calus and the Black Fleet. They are encountered in the base in Scablands, midway through the Vox Obscura Exotic Quest Mission.[1]
