I know right? The Vex is my favorite race in destiny, however what did you think of the plot? You see i am working on a Vex themed fan fiction, but i want a second hand opinion on it before i go to far with it.
Say, you know what, i just got an idea for a future expansion. Imagine Bungie writes a game where we get contacted by a mysterious character calling himself a member of the Lost Seven,(Jagi) He then sends you on a mission to stop the Vex from resurrecting Atheon, before then summoning you to Europa where he has you go through some sort of challenge, before finally revealing himself and the others of the Host. Although he expresses no desire to return to the Tower, he gifts you with a piece of Vex technology that must be taken back and analyzed. Upon it's analysis, you discover a way to permanently destroy the Vex Network within the Sol System once and for all. The expansion ends with you destroying the network, and the final arrival of the Nine.

Expansion includes, new Faction Wars game mode, Host of the Lost Mark, new weapon: Lost to Light, and new Social space: Host of the Lost camp, and explorable area, Europa.

Hey Primus, before i say this, are you good with codes? I ask because i want to share a bit of personal information with you that we both have in common, but i want to keep it anonymous to the rest of the wiki, for now, at least until Dante comes forward on her profile (i got this your anonymous and i am anonymous game going, not that she is playing, but :)

As for starting a new character, my old character from Year One on the PlayStation will still be playable. Bungie confirmed you can transfer Guardians between Next & Old Gen consoles. Bungie had also fixed the confusing storyline of Year One a bit by mixing a few of the missions but nothing's changed much. But it'll be great to play with you. You have a mike, right?

I only hope the Raid itself will be slightly easier to do than King's Fall. All of the fireteams I've been on couldn't get past the Portico, let alone the Warpriest. And that really sucks.
I figured he was an Ultra because of the yellow bar and his boss-size. I just put it there as speculation because, you know, protocol.
You're right. It could be a variation of any of those. Or, as I think is the most likely, it is a combination of abilities. Say Bracus Horu'usk and Crota's shields combined but in two stages: take out all of the minions so one set of shields fall and then you have a limited time (say fifteen to thirty seconds) to take down the second layer of shields before the first regens then you need a special weapon to actually damage this boss. Lore-wise it would fit in very well with SHIV's nanotechnology augmenting the Fallen; gameplay-wise, just another challenge for the players, both veteran and greenie, to figure out.
On the Machinist, I think it is possible we'll see another Crota-like boss, one with a shield that has to be taken down and has immunity after that shield's gone, requiring a special weapon for it. The whole reason why Gjallarhorns were so popular was because of Crota's End, for their ability to take out Crota's shields in a single shot. Why else would there be a boss that has a special shield? I do believe this will be the boss for the speculated Raid that's coming in Rise of Iron.

Great, unfortunately my computer just crashed so I'm writing this from my phone, perhaps you cold follow up with what Porplemontage suggested about the grimoire in its own separate section? I would do it myself, but my phone does not feature brackets or such, making my editing job impossible. I will still try to contribute in any way I can, but my progress will be dramatically decreased, just so you know. :)
How about you Primus? Dante and i have set out on a crusade to develop the fledgling articles for the PvP maps in the destiny universe with lore from the grimoire to so they will be more accurate. Would you be interested in doing that with us?
