For hard mode there is a fifth chest that can only be accessed through this method: after defeating the templar head to the back area to the left of the entrance door. There is a small hold in the wall in the corner that you need to jump into. there is a chest with spiritbloom in that room. SKIP this chest and head to the back of the room.
