This purpose is apparently that they have succeeded where others have failed,<ref name="Exo 2"/> which may be stopping the Black Garden and the Heart.<ref name = "Destiny: Official E3 Gameplay Experience Trailer"/><ref name="Call"/> This is later borne out as being true,<ref name="Garden"/> and she presents them with her personal weapon to aid them in the coming fight before vanishing.<ref name="Garden"/>
