Harrow is the President of the Veridian Union. She is able to grant wishes thought the use of Ahamkara abilities.

Harrow arrived in Veridia sometime before Lord Gareth was overthrown. As Veridia sought to restore their trade Union, they elected Harrow as president due to her empathetic nature. Sometime during the Sand Eaters' invasion, Harrow would go into hiding for several months due to being overwhelmed by everyone's wishes.[1]
Harrow fought the Cabal alongside Wolf in the Weathered Caves. Wolf began to grow suspicious at her ability to predict the Cabal's movements.[2] Upon discovering a Vex artifact, Harrow kept it from Wolf in an attempt to be the one to pay the price for the wish he made: to defeat the Cabal. Cracking the secrets of the artifact, Harrow traveled deep into the Weathered Caves, breaching the Vex Network. Harrow summoned the Virgo Prohibition to defeat the Cabal, but they ultimately turned on her and Veridia.[3][4] Harrow would leave Veridia, plagued by a dream of a great battle between a Sentinel and a python, and would travel the Red Sea Rift alone seeking answers.[5]
