Dalkis, Archon Rising is a Fallen Captain and aspiring Archon of the House of Lions. When the Lions landed on Earth in the Greek Flood Zone following their escape from the Kuiper Belt, Dalkis led a restless crowd of Lions to force Joskaa, Lion Kell to elect him to the vacant position of Archon for Andiks Prime. Due to the long absence of Seriviks, Lion Archon, to which Joskaa disagreed with as he dispersed the crowd alongside his Guardian ally, AJ, the Relentless.

He wore a practically signature chartreuse-colored armor identical to Seriviks's previous armor in order to further his claim to Andiks Prime, earning the ire of his Kell.
