C. Liang was the Chief Medical Officer aboard the Exodus Yellow.

Biography

When the Pyramid attacked the colony ship during the Collapse, much of the crew was severely injured or dead, including the captain. Liang tried making her way to the bridge of the ship, speaking with Comms Officer S. Bennouna, who had told her that Rasputin had conscripted their ship to fight against the Black Fleet. Liang protested, stating that the Exodus Yellow wasn't a Warship and that they didn't have the weaponry to take it on if they did.

Suddenly, something strikes the Exodus Yellow, making Liang crash into a wall and presumably killing Bennouna. As Liang tried to call out to anyone and take stock of what had happened, the Exodus Yellow was struck by a gravity wave from the Pyramid. Liang decided they couldn't stay out there any longer and began looking for the Flight Dynamics Officer, P. Anand, as she was the only one who could fly the ship with the captain dead. Liang would make it to the bridge, only to find the crew reduced to a layer of organic material and damaged flight suits. Upon hearing a warning that a Warsat was about to fire on the Pyramid, Liang tried sending a message to avert the shot as Exodus Yellow was in the firing range. She failed, and the Warsat's shot tore through the ship and pulled Liang into open space, seeing that the Pyramid was completely unharmed.

Liang's Sensorium telemetry of the events would be recovered and put into the CloudArk archives on Neomuna. Quinn Laghari would share it with Eido for her research into the Witness after helping to retrieve and repair it alongside several other damaged data sets.
