I believe the Fallen Walker will have a slight advantage with its Shanks against the Tank. I suppose the anti-personnel turrets of the Goliath Tank would deal with them quickly but as we've seen in fighting the Walker can summon large numbers of them. That would give them an edge. Too many smaller targets to hit. Dante the Ghost (talk) 12:42, 11 June 2016 (EDT)

But the Goliath can find ways around that. For one, it can move extremely quickly for a tank, so it can simply avoid them. And even if the Shanks could catch up to it, the Tank has two other mechanics that can eliminate Shanks in addition to the machine gun turrets. If the Shanks get too close, the Goliath could send out a jet of energy at them to set them on fire, or it could also use flak turrets to strike them if they pass overhead. Just a thought.
