Mecher Jobkis-23 is a High Servitor in the House of Lions. It is one of the last existing Servitors of the Jobkis line, which are an old and more common models, that most of the Lions used to relied on. Mecher Jobkis-23 was once belonged to Skrisah, the Wise, until her death. Then it was later recovered by Joskaa.

Mecher Jobkis-23 was later captured by the House of Gray through a unknown way, but the Servitor was later rescued by The Guardian, on the orders of Magnusk a general of the House of Lions.
