The Eliksni High Council is the name of a group of Kells attempting to restore order amongst the Eliksni and forge peace amongst the Guardians.
History[edit]
- "Another so called "Kell of Kells"....how many of these false Chosen will there be? The Machine hasn't come down to crown a Kell of Kells, let alone has it noticed our pain. There is no point in searching for a Kell of Kells, instead, we Kells must agree with one and another and help each other, join together and bring a better future in our people. No more "Kell of Kells", now we need a "Council of Kells"!"
