The Cabal are an alien race with a heavy-set, rhinoceros like appearance. They are one of many species with the intent to destroy humanity. They are in control of the Dust Palace (also known as the Exclusion Zone) on Mars. Members of the Cabal are known to carry slug throwers or rifle-like weaponry. Concept art shows Cabal working together with Fallen, indicating an alliance between the two races.[1][2]
