Outlawed Snipers are a more durable and powerful Major variant of the Legionary exclusive to The Arms Dealer Strike. They wield the Cabal Headhunter, unlike normal Legionaries.

- According to the Destiny 2 Official Guide, the Legionary was originally named "Bracus Crull".
- The Outlawed Sniper has been removed from the Revamped version of the strike released in Season of Defiance.
