Little is known of Katabasis' personality before the events aboard the Glykon however what is known is that he was a [[Loyalists|Loyalist]] to Calus and was staunchly allied with the Light, refusing to even entertain the prospect of using the [[Darkness]], even if it would save him and his ghost's life.
