Naaruz, Third Seeker of Silence is an Ultra Hive Wizard who serves as the boss of the Witches' Ritual Public Event in Savathûn's Throne World.[1]
Gameplay
Naaruz can only appear when the Witches' Ritual Public Event is active in the Throne World, which takes place exclusively at the Florescent Canal area. First, you must kill the two Blistered Wizards hovering over the plates on either side of the portal. Once this is done, the portal will open, followed by several Thrall charging out of it to repel the insurgents. Not long after, the boss will emerge. Naaruz makes use of the same tactics and abilities of most wizards. She can move rapidly through the air to try and evade incoming fire, and is capable of shooting multiple Arc-based projectiles from her hands. She will also summon clouds of poisonous smoke were the player she is focusing on is standing, slowing then down if caught and forcing them to flee to another position. It is advised that you stay on the move as often as possible, as to avoid being ensnared by these attacks and prevent yourself from being made more vulnerable to other nearby enemies. Naaruz is protected by an Absorption Shield, but using Solar weapons or abilities to destroy it can cause it to burst, dealing extra damage to the boss and any nearby Hive. If you are successful in killing the Wizard, the Public Event will be complete and participants will be granted rewards from the chest that spawns.
