The catalyst for Heir apparent is currently available, though it temporarily was during the Guardian Games event in 2021. There was a quest to unlock the catalyst which required players to do certain activities within the event to complete. Upon acquiring the catalyst, it required you to get 700 kills which, upon which it grants the ability to generate orbs of light upon multikills along with the following perk:
