The Descent is a location set within the Mindscape of Emperor Calus. It is the starting area where Guardians first crossed into the Mindscape of the former Cabal Emperor using a ritual of Eris Morn's design to interface with the Calus statue found at the Tribute Hall of the Derelict Leviathan.
