I didn't find it anywhere, like I said, I found it on the description of this article, that is why I was asking the question.

Overview

"The Dreaming City is the homeland of the Awoken, and the region where they founded their kingdom after their species was created. It is now abandoned, only inhabited by rogue Skorn Fallen, and the Vex. The city changes based upon Guardian activity in the city's namesake raid."
