Lissyl is an Awoken Techeun who serves the Queen, Mara Sov.
Before the fateful Battle of Saturn Lissyl participated in a rare meeting with the Coven, discussing what to do about Oryx, the Taken King.[1] She was practical, knowing what needed to be done.[1]
