Before the fateful [[Battle of Saturn]], Kalli was part of a rare meeting with the Coven, discussing what to do about [[Oryx, the Taken King]]. Kalli was instructed to take the youngest [[Harbingers]] into battle and to "plant them" inside the [[Dreadnaught]] to "have children of their own" alongside [[Sedia]] and [[Shuro Chi]].<ref name="Coven"/> She would also work alongside Shuro in the construction of the Gate to Mara's Throneworld, [[Eleusinia]], in [[The Confluence]] as part of Mara's plan to ascend to godhood in her confrontation with [[Oryx, the Taken King|Oryx]]. When the Awoken fleet [[Battle of Saturn|intercepted]] Oryx's Dreadnaught and escort vessels in the rings of Saturn, Kalli aided Shuro Chi and Sedia in providing support to Mara to launch the Harbingers at the Dreadnaught. The trio placed the samples in sealed containment vessels and examined each specimen.
