Hektor 99-40 is the official Frame for the Häkke Weapon Foundry. He once met with Banshee-44 to show off the Hecuba-S. When asked why Häkke would make a Sparrow, Hektor told him the foundry's design philosophy could be applied to more than just weapons.[1]
