Zenakusis, Emperor of Wolves (also known as Zenakusis, the Vengeful) is a Fallen Kell of the House of Wolves and the self-proclaimed Kell of Kells.

Thanks to the mass breakout from the Prison of Elders initiated by Skolas during the Wolf Rebellion, Zenakusis escaped the Prison and rallied Fallen traditionalists into creating the House of Wolves and becoming the first "Emperor of Kells" as claimed by Variks.

He is the main antagonist of the Destiny: Anamnesis expansion.
