Jaralsis, Weaponsmith is a Fallen weapon maker working with the Jackal Syndicate with the intent to sell weapons to inmates of the House of Lions to stage a possible successful riot. Before that, he sold countless weapons to many clients, most notable of which is the House of Storm (before it's induction into the House of Lions) and the Jackal Syndicate, weapons in which have slain countless Lion warriors. Seeking revenge and to honor his fallen sister's memory through the completion of The Jackal's Howl, Joskaa gave coordinates to the weaponsmith to the Guardians, where he was killed.
