Crownless is a Legendary 
Rocket Launcher that can be acquired from either the Phraxas, the Shattered boss encounter in the Fractured Whispers raid. Opening either the Shattered Spoils chest accessible after defeating Phyzis Neo, Seraphim Usurper has a chance to drop this weapon. This weapon can also be directly selected as a chest reward after having received one as a random drop from the Raid.
As of Season of the Seraph, this weapon can be craftable after obtaining five Deepsight versions of it and unlocking its pattern. It was also reissued with new and different perks.
