E. F. Babatunde was a citizen of the New Pacific Arcology on Titan. When Titan was attacked by the Black Fleet at the end of the Golden Age, Babatunde was piloting a submarine known as the Duiker near the borehole in Titan's icefloor and was ordered by Xiana McCaig to bring it back to the arcology.[1][2]
