Varjis, Cleaver Headed is a Fallen Captain of the House of Devils. He was known for his cunning, earning his moniker. Variks mentions him in one of his dialogues, indicating the two had a tangle in the past in which the Captain lost his staff to Variks. He is presumably incarcerated in the Prison of Elders.

He hasn't appeared to date within the Destiny game.
