Likely, but a BIG maybe. Colony ships were given SIVA to help the production of colonies. But it's just that; remember from [[Destiny]] 1, there was multiple variants of SIVA for different purposes. The [[Devil Splicers]] got the bio-augmentation strain of SIVA, while the Colony ships got the constructive kind.
