I remember two chests' locations but not the area they're found in. One is by the large building near the edge of what I believe is the Mothyards; it's the building you find the second transmission that leads you to Rasputin in the associated story mission. It's on part of the cliff underneath that building, to the right if you face the building from the rest of the area. The other is in a small valley by a hill, possibly near the entrance to the Skywatch or in the Skywatch itself. If someone else can confirm these before I can, that'd be great. I don't have a capture card so I had to take the image with my camera; I tried to get a good picture (dark as possible, no flash, etc) but it didn't turn out great.
