- As "Dead Orbit" is "confirmed" to be a faction, it makes some sense that the Foundry would a sub-section/organisation/location used by the whole Dead Orbit faction. Though I guess we don't have enough information, it could be the true name for the entire faction, or they could be a location, an organisation, or a sub-section of the faction.
