Oryx has been moving across the stars for billions of years, taking and fighting countless races. The Cabal themselves have a Star Empire of unknown size, and are noted for being a long lived race with a habit for aggressive expansion. A'arn was likely a fallen Primus from many years in the past during a different campaign. Several of the TTK weapons are from the distant past after all, for example Doom of Chelcheks who is from around the time of the Whirlwind many centuries ago. The quote on the shotgun is simply a reiteration of the Cabal's situation of being exiled from the empire, and the only way they are welcomed back home is through victory. The Cabal High Command does seem to have some prior knowledge of the Dreadnaught when they order Ta'aun to invade it, I worked under the reasoning that that Intel is from A'arn long ago.
In regards to the most recent change on the Primus page you are mistaken. The Grimoire entry says he killed "his officers", which denotes officers under his command, not in charge of him. In addition, not all legions are led by Primuses. Valus Ta'aurc is the commander of the Siege Dancers, which serves as proof of a legion without a Primus as it's head. In general, the Primus page is operating under a misunderstanding on what a Primus is and is not. The Skyburners grimoire card refers to them as a "Second Fleet", which could be interpreted a few ways. The grimoire card Cabal Champions runs down the dead Cabal leaders in the system. Only two Primuses are mentioned, Sha'aull and Ta'aun. If Ta'aun is the leader of the "Second fleet" does it not stand to reason Sha'aull would be the leader of the "First", to whatever extent that means? The same card also refers to Trau'ug and Ta'aurc, listing them both as significant leaders, likely because each of them were in command of their own legions. Primuses seem to serve as fleet commanders in addition to commanding a their own Legion. Cayde does say the rank loosely translates to "Admiral" after all. Honestly, the entire "Legions with Unknown Primuses" of the page should just be removed.
I've seen a ton of new gameplay, and to answer your question, I've only seen "Bloodguard Legionnaires" so far in the gameplay of the new strike.

Hi, Dante, I created the Wiki page for Vision of Confluence yesterday, but due to some error with formatting some of the perks aren't a list style and are right next to each other as if they were a sentence. If you could try and remedy this, that would be excellent. I have already tried to fix it myself, but I can't see anything. Thanks in advance!
Ok you can the other ships to the list now. Almost done with images and summaries so I don't want to forget anything last minute. It also helps from getting my hopes up and then bashing them with a new list! :)

I am archiving the articles on the official Destiny website to the wiki, just like halopedia is doing for waypoint. Some of our sources point to the site and it would be a shame to lose that info if it were taken down.
