Skira, the Watcher is a shape-shifting, malevolent being referenced in ancient Eliksni legends. Prior to the arrival of the Great Machine on Riis, Skira hunted the Eliksni, preying on their fear to gain strength. However, once the Eliksni ceased to be afraid of the shapeshifter, Skira ceased to exist.[1]
