PФбA is an organization that existed in Russia prior to the Collapse.[1] It built the Cosmodrome, as its logo can be found all over the facility.

The full name for PФбA is seen on the patch from the Limited Edition, which is "РОССИЙСКОЕ ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОЕ БЮРО АЭРОНАВТИКИ". This translates to "Russian Federal Bureau of Aeronautics."
