Phaseglass Spire was a rare planetary material which had a chance to drop when a Phaseglass Needle was harvested.
With the introduction of Update 2.0 and Forsaken, Phaseglass Spires no longer have a chance to drop alongside Phaseglass Needles.

Phaseglass Spire can be redeemed for roughly double the reputation of Phaseglass Needles with Asher Mir.
