Ishtar Cliffs is a location in Ishtar Sink, Venus. The area is filled with Vex ruins and flora. The House of Winter sends in a skiff from time to time to deal with Vex. The area is also prevalent for Vex to be seen sacrificing themselves to an altar in a strange behavior rarely seen.
