Ir Valoch, Lucent Stalker is a giant Hive Knight of the Lucent Brood who is encountered in the European Dead Zone as part of the PsiOps Battlegrounds: EDZ activity. He was part of a hunting party of Lucent Hive lead by Mor'ak, Lightstealer, who hunted and killed many guardians in the European Dead Zone. Ir Valoch was eventually killed by a fireteam of guardians hunting down his master.

If players kill the Lightbearer Knight who spawns near the beginning of the mission and trigger the following encounter without destroying its Ghost, it will resurrect with the name "Ir Valoch, Lucent Stalker", and the boss of the same name will not spawn.
