Val Thul'tuam, Order Keeper is a Cabal Val and trusted guard of the Psion Flayers of the Shadow Enclave. Once a former Val of the Bone Crushers, he would desert the Legion before they would be forced out of the system, believing his war isn't finished yet. For years he would remain stealthily in the shadows of the Sol System as a feared warlord. A few months before the Shadowkeeper Apocalypse, he would come into contact with the rogue Psion Flayer and former colleague, Aethrox, whom he would join forces with, creating a powerful deserter faction within the shadowy underworld. When the group would be absorbed into the Shadow Legion and become the Shadow Enclave, he would quickly ascend in power, becoming the esteemed protector of the Psions and their machinations.
