Barrier Phalanxes are powerful Ultra Phalanx units equipped with barrier technology to bolster their defense.
Gameplay[edit]
Barrier Phalanxes can deal serious damage to Guardian shields with their Cabal Slug Shotguns, all the while absorbing damage dealt to them with their Energy Shields, which can also expand to form cover for nearby allies or be used as a lethal lunging weapon at point blank range. When a certain percentage of their health is lost, they envelop themselves in a barrier that makes them immune to incoming damage and restores their lost health. It is imperative to have a weapon with Anti-Barrier Rounds, as they are the only way to break the barrier and make the Phalanx vulnerable to damage again.
