Blessed Thralls are Hive Thralls seen in the Crown of Sorrow Raid during the Gahlran's Deception and Gahlran, the Sorrow-Bearer encounters. They spawn with the goal of keeping the players on their toes. They can only be killed by players with the Witch's Blessing Buff.
