Raksil is a Eliksni of the House of Light. He served on a ship alongside Ekris who told him that he had a brother with the same name as him. While discussing about making there way to Mithrax they discussed the Kell of Kells. Ekris saw it as a symbol of hope, while Raksil though it did nothing more than divide them. Raksil told Ekris to go to sleep and that he had chased the dream so long he forgot he was asleep. This suggests that Raksil may have been a dream or hallucination of Ekris’s dead brother. Whether he is the same person as Raksil, Archon Priest or just shares the same name as him is unknown.
