'''Vrhiisk, Seeker of Power''' is a [[Subjugator]] commanding a [[The Dread|Dread]] detachment within the [[Dreadnaught]] seeking a source of immense power for an undisclosed purpose. This insatiable desire for power would sway them to pursue the source of Taken energy produced by the splintering identities of [[Xir-Kuur, Not-Taken|Xir-Kuur]]. During this expedition, Vrhiisk would turn against its own Dread soldiers in favour of aligning with the [[Dire Taken]].

==Gameplay==
Vrhiisk, Seeker of Power will be found at the beginning of the encounter within [[Mausoleum]] the where it will serve as the first boss of [[Exotic Mission "Derealize"]]. During the introductory encounter, Vrhiisk will briefly engage with the Guardian alongside its Dread units before transmatting away. To advance towards the next encounter with Vrhiisk, the Guardian must eliminate the Dread detachment to access a portal that will lead them to the [[Trenchway]] where Vrhiisk will be seen fighting its former Dread troops alongside the Dire Taken.

After losing a small portion of its health, Vrhiisk will conjure an Immunity Shield and will call forth six [[Blight Sentinel]]s. Eliminating these Blight Sentinels will bring forth two [[Taken Conduit]]s which must be slain to relinquish a Taken relic. Upon acquiring this relic, the Guardian must use it to slay hordes of Taken until they obtain the '''Torn in Dimensions''' buff which will allow them to destroy one of the Taken Blights in the room. This process must be done by slamming the artifact into the centre of the Blight. The Guardian must repeat this same process to acquire another Taken relic and vanquish a second Blight. When two Blights are vanquished, Vrhiisk's shield will dissipate and the Guardian can damage the Subjugator until it losses more than one third of its health. 

In response to its reduction in health, Vrhiisk will bring forth its Immunity Shield once again and the Guardian must repeat the same process until two other Taken Blights are destroyed. However, instead of losing its shield, Vrhiisk will walk to the edge of the Trenchway where it will be consumed by a Taken Blight. Afterwards, the Guardian will be transported into a Blighted Cyst where they will find Vrhiisk devoid of its Immunity Shield.  Once Vrhiisk, Seeker of Power is slain the encounter is complete and the Guardian must complete the No Escape puzzle to progress further into the Exotic Mission.
