===RECOMMENDED STRATEGY (TWO TETHER)===
In addition to the teams assigned for the main portion of this fight, there should be two teams designated for the damage phase of this fight. Players should be assigned on to two groups of three as follows:

*1st Tether Team:

:These players are responsible for organizing the tether used to initially disrupt the Sanctified Mind's casting of the wipe mechanic. These should be segmented into (1) Anchor, the player closest to the Relay, (2) Middle, the player in the middle, and (3) Boss, the player closest to Sanctified Mind. Once both light and dark tethers are filled (the in game messages indicate that each tether is pulsing with light/dark energy), the boss will begin an animation where it holds out its hand with a 3d plus shaped symbol of the color of either the light or dark relay. Once the Angelic is defeated by the fireteam, the 1st Tether Team should move to the Relay corresponding to the color held up by the boss and line up to start a link from the tether to the boss, then shoot the tether box to begin the link. Once the link completes, the boss will stop the animation and begin to walk around and shoot for a few seconds. This team should group up near their tether Relay and begin to damage the boss, not stopping until the damage phase is over. The 2nd Tether Team will tether shortly after and return to the 1st Tether Team's position to join them for the damage phase. It is recommended that a Warlock using Well of Radiance is the Anchor for the 1st Tether Team, casting the Well of Radiance at their Relay as soon as the 1st tether is linked.

*2nd Tether Team:

:The three members of this team should be split the same way as the 1st Tether Team. While the 1st Tether Team links to the boss, this team is responsible for killing any leftover ads (goblins and cyclops) before the damage phase starts. Once the 1st Tether Team links to the boss, there will be a few second window before the Sanctified Mind begins to float upward into the air, and show the color of the opposite tether (the one not linked by the 1st Tether Team to the boss). While the boss is in the air, the 2nd Tether Team needs to link their tether to the boss, which will extend the damage phase as the boss will drop back down to the ground after the tether. It is recommended that the 2nd Tether Team moves into position while the 1st Tether Team links to the boss. After the tether connects, this team should move toward the rest of the fireteam inside the Well of Radiance if it is being used, and begin their damage until the phase ends.

After a brief period of time, the damage phase will end, and the process should be repeated. There is a long period of time between the end of damage and when the first Angelic spawns. This time should be utilized to reconstruct missing platforms.

Another strategy using Garden of Salvation armor with Enhanced Relay Defender raid mods was popular in the past as it was much more common to make use of these mods because of their ability to greatly increase damage while standing very close to an intact Relay, and this was prior to many changes made to the mod system making these mods less effective and less desirable. This strategy is described below, although it is not recommended unless every fireteam member is using the mod on all pieces of their armor since the length of the damage phase is greatly decreased, and with modern damage loadouts a one phase is much more possible with the longer phase from tethering the boss twice.

===USING ENHANCED RELAY DEFENDER MODS (ONE TETHER)===

:This team's sole purpose should be to deal damage to Sanctified Mind. They should also assist in killing any Goblins that are attacking the Tether team. While the Tether Team prepares to link the tether, Damage Team should be standing directly in front of the opposing Relay (dark if light is used as a link, light if dark is being used as a link). As soon is the first link is completed and the boss becomes damageable this team should immediately start damaging the boss until the damage phase is over. It is recommended that a Warlock using Well of Radiance is on the Damage Team, casting it as soon as the tether is linked.

While it is possible to extend the duration of a damage phase by tethering again, it is discouraged, as it is very difficult to coordinate compared to the first tether, and will prevent players using any "Relay Defender" mods from obtaining the damage increase while standing next to the opposite Relay.
This strategy takes advantage of the Enhanced Relay Defender mods by leaving the 2nd Tether Relay intact instead of using it to extend the damage phase by linking it to the boss. This means all fireteam members should be using it and standing within very close range of the Relay (5 meters) while damaging the boss.

After a brief period of time, the damage phase will end, and the process should be repeated. There is a long period of time between the end of damage and when the first Angelic spawns. This time should be utilized to reconstruct missing platforms.
