The Jiangshi Concepts section of M.I.N.D. features entries related to Jiangshi Metro.

Artifact of Riis[edit]

File 1[edit]

A powerful artifact from the Fallen's home world, Riis.

Though it is currently located in the wreckage of a Ketch that crashed in Jiangshi Metro, the House of Devils are trying to retrieve it.

File 2[edit]

A powerful artifact from the Fallen's home world, Riis.

The artifact was overloaded with Light and broken during the fight in the Ketch wreckage. It seems that only through paracausal forces capable of turning back time can the Riis-made parts needed to repair it be found.

File 3[edit]

A powerful artifact from the Fallen's home world, Riis.

After finding two special components with the hop of the Nine and an Ahamkara's magic, Kevarrh, her heart filled with a sense of honor, was able to repair the relic.

Lanyue Mass Spectrometer[edit]

An analysis system installed at the Lanyue 5 Factory.

Lanyue's mass spectrometer is equipped with a Golden Age AI capable of performing functional and material analysis on various technological creations. It can not only assist Ning Fei in analyzing the experimental chip kept by Yuriiks-7, but also provide technical support when fighting against the Fallen in Jiangshi Metro.

Parhelion Wing[edit]

Tan-2's Relic.

Parhelion Wing is a sword Relic with an affinity for Solar Light. It was once owned by the Warlord Yannick-11, who used it to scorch any who would oppose him with expert skill. Faced with an impending final death, Yannick-11 transferred his consciousness into his Relic. Following his demise, Tan-2 found the sword, and when he attempted to wield it with his own Light, Yannick-11's mind became parasitically attached to his own memory core.

Telencephal Band[edit]

File 1[edit]

Ning Fei's headband.

Ning Fei has been wearing this headband ever since he first rose in the Light. He cannot take it off, as if it's become one with his body. Even trickier still are the unpredictable hallucinations it causes. Ning Fei and Claudia have been searching for a way to combat its dangerous nature for years.

File 2[edit]

Ning Fei's headband.

To keep Ning Fei safe whenever he hallucinates, Claudia installed a backdoor in the headband, letting Ning Fei see "fractures" in the illusion. As long as he destroys three rifts, Claudia can locate him within the illusory space and help him return to reality.

File 3[edit]

Ning Fei's headband.

Ning Fei and Claudia discovered that the headband was actually part of a "sensory enhancement experiment" intended to create a Speaker. The experiment itself came with a backdoor, though, in the form of a lab chip representing permissions, which could turn the headband's feature off. The Servitor hiding out in the Ketch wreckage—Yuriiks-7—is the keeper of this chip.

File 4[edit]

When she revived Ning Fei, Claudia unintentionally gained partial control authority over the headband. Although she cannot shut it down, she can activate its "correction function," which Claudia may use when Ning Fei acts out.

Consciousness Lockdown Unit[edit]

File 1[edit]

An illusory space created by Yuriiks-7.

Yuriiks pulls all entities wearing the telencephal band into this illusory space as soon as they enter the Ketch wreckage. Without outside interference, they will be eternally lost in the hallucination.

File 2[edit]

An illusory space created by Yuriiks-7.

A flaw in the experiment has resulted in a connection forming between most of the subjects' consciousness lockdown units.

Sensory Enhancement Experiment[edit]

A human experiment that tried to create Speakers.

During the Dark Age, some scientists attempted to artificially create Speakers to commune with the Traveler. Due to the pain and hallucinations that Speakers often experience when receiving information form the Traveler, these scientists set up labs in various locations where subjects would wear headbands that artificially created pain and hallucinations in an attempt to establish the connection.

The experiment was not the success they'd hoped for, and the related files fell into Fallen hands following their invasion.
