Though the Traveler would be claimed by the Witness, [[The Coalition|the Coalition]] remained determined to find a way to follow it and prevent it from enacting the [[Final Shape]]. However, following [[Titan (moon)|Titan]]'s return and reuniting with [[Sloane|Deputy Commander Sloane]], handling a surge of [[Xivu Arath]]'s forces in the process, the Vanguard discovered that a Lucent [[Hive Warship]] had entered Titan's atmosphere and then descended within the depths of the moon's methane seas. The fireteam would dispel three Lucent Seals to lower a barrier and would continue to slay swarms of Hive in pursuit of the Tormentor.
